One-off Stripe payments accept instalments
The function that creates a one-off payment can ask Stripe for the card instalment option. The option is off by default.
The Stripe library gained an option to enable instalments on one-off card payments. Whoever uses the library has to ask for it: without the option, the request sent to Stripe is the same as before.
Subscriptions stay as they were. The test checks both formats, with the option on and without it.
This delivery covers the library only. Whether instalments are available, in how many parts and how they appear to the buyer depends on the Stripe account and on the project using the library.
