1. What these terms are
These terms govern the use of the conn2flow.com site, the store, the subscriptions and the customer area. By creating an account, buying or subscribing, you declare that you have read and agree with them and with the Privacy Policy.
2. The Conn2Flow software
Conn2Flow is open source software, distributed under the MIT license, available in the public repository. The use of the software follows its license, not these terms. The MIT license delivers the software "as is", without warranty.
These terms cover what is offered on this site: content, account, products, services and subscriptions.
3. Account
- You must be 18 or older and provide true information.
- The account is personal. Keep the password safe and, if you can, enable two-factor authentication.
- You are responsible for what is done with your account. Tell us if you suspect misuse.
- We may suspend the account in case of fraud, breach of these terms or a security risk, notifying you whenever possible.
4. Purchases and subscriptions
- The price, the billing method and what is included are the ones shown on the product or plan page, in the cart and in the order confirmation.
- The cart separates what is paid once from what is charged on a recurring basis. The subscription renews every period, at the stated amount, until it is cancelled.
- The payment is processed by Stripe. The order is confirmed only after the payment is approved.
- Digital products are released in the customer area after confirmation. Physical products are shipped to the address provided, with the shipping cost and time shown in the cart.
- Services with a project (such as setup or mentoring) follow the scope and the stages described on the plan page.
5. Cancellation and withdrawal
- You may cancel the subscription at any time, through the customer area or the contact page. Cancelling stops the following charges; the period already paid stays available until it ends.
- For purchases made online, consumers in Brazil may withdraw within 7 days from the purchase or from receipt, as provided by article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code, with a refund of the amount paid.
- Refunds are made through the same payment method used in the purchase.
6. Hosting
- The content you publish on your hosting is yours and is your responsibility.
- You may not host content that is illegal, that infringes third-party rights, that distributes malicious code, that sends unsolicited bulk messages or that compromises the security and performance of the infrastructure.
- The limits of each plan (space, bandwidth, e-mail accounts) are the ones shown on the plan page.
- We make backups according to the plan, but we recommend that you keep your own.
7. Use of the site
By using the site, you agree not to:
- try to access areas, accounts or data without authorization;
- test or exploit vulnerabilities without prior arrangement with us;
- overload the site with automated access;
- use the site for fraud or to break the law.
8. Intellectual property
The Conn2Flow brand, the logo and the texts, images and materials of this site belong to their owners. The software code is licensed under MIT. The materials bought in the store are licensed for your use, under the conditions described on each product page, and may not be resold or redistributed without authorization.
9. Availability and liability
We work to keep the site and the services running, but there may be interruptions for maintenance, because of third-party failures or because of events beyond our control. Nothing in these terms removes the rights the law guarantees to consumers.
10. Changes to these terms
When these terms change, the date at the top changes with them. Changes that matter to those with an active account or subscription are announced by e-mail or in the customer area, in advance.
11. Governing law and venue
These terms follow Brazilian law. The courts of the place where the consumer lives are chosen to settle any matter about them.
