Compiled CSS and extra HTML per resource
Pages, components and layouts gain two fields: the compiled CSS and a piece of HTML for the head.
Version 2.1.0 added two fields to resources. css_compiled stores the already compiled CSS of each page, component or layout. html_extra_head lets you include HTML in the <head> section.
Both fields are edited with CodeMirror, with syntax highlighting, and reach the templates through their own variables. The migrations add the fields to the existing tables.
It is the base of what came later: each resource's CSS compiled by the system itself, instead of a single stylesheet for the whole site.
