The Agent Management System is not a place to run agents for their own sake. It is the set of controls that makes an agent's work reviewable, repeatable and reversible.

From intent to evidence

Architect, executor, reviewer. And a human in the loop.

Request

The ask becomes a versioned file, with scope and acceptance criteria.

Batch

The executor implements the smallest slice that can be validated on its own.

Validation

Automated tests and a check in a test environment, with the evidence recorded.

Review

Findings first. The human approves, redirects or sends it back.

This process is a rule of the project, recorded in files. It is not a guarantee enforced by the PHP runtime.

Versioned specification

Requests, batches, decisions and validation records live in a folder of the repository. It is the single source of what was asked and what was proven.

Shared skills

The same skill catalogue for Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Gemini and GitHub Copilot. Every tool starts with the same knowledge of the product.

Three autonomy levels

Supervised, monitored and background. Each level says how far the agent goes before a human looks. Production deploys are outside all of them.

The same contract

The agent uses the CLI and the API the developer uses. There is no hidden path for automation.

Documentation as code

The documentation is Markdown versioned with the code, checked against it and built by a command. Every page records the commit it was verified at.
