API deployments refresh the sitemap
Once database and hook synchronization finish, the project deployment API regenerates the sitemap from the installation's public pages.
Public pages delivered through the project API are included in the sitemap regenerated at the end of deployment. Generation runs in the installation's web context, preserving its hostname in page URLs. The response reports the outcome in its sitemap field.
The check in a test environment returned updated. A sitemap-generation failure does not invalidate the rest of the deployment. At this point, the SSH pipeline did not yet regenerate the sitemap.
