Publication index management gets English forms
The screens to add, edit and clone publication indexes now have labels, instructions and options in English.
The publication index is the block that lists news, articles or documents, with search, sorting and "load more". The screens that configure it only existed in Portuguese.
The translation covers headings, fields, placeholder texts, descriptions and the options in the choice lists, on all three screens. Anyone administering an installation in English now reads the configuration in their own language.
It is a text change: no option was added or removed, and indexes already created stay as they were.
